I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with an information booklet about the city and how to get to the university. They also gave me details about taxi services if needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, just on the outskirts of the city centre and close to the attraction I was visiting. The room was spacious and clean, with spotless linen and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the choice of pillows, something that is rare in hotels. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and friendly staff made my stay here enjoyable.

The whole place was clean, I liked it, and had amazing staff and food. There were big beds and central heating, an iron and an electronic key card inside the room. The shuttle to town was a great perk and breakfast was included.

The vending machine could have had a better selection of food options.

The hotel was clean and lovely, loved the lovely beds. The breakfast was perfect with veggies and gluten free toast, for instance, and the restaurant was stunning. We booked a king room, it was well-appointed and cheap.

Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were very chatty.

Clean room with walk-in shower. Convenient location off A58 with easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served from 6am and included in price. Very quiet. Nearby British Asian restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! we couldn't believe how affordable it was, especially considering its great location within walking distance to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to our overall positive experience. The rooms were well-equipped, with excellent amenities and even a kettle for a cup of tea before bed. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as having bedside tables and basic amenities like a hairdryer and iron. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast buffet, which included options for vegetarians and was included in the rate. All of this at a reasonable price, what more could you want?

Fine stay. The place was immaculately clean and staff was efficient. The location was about 0.5 km from the airport. Adequate units with comfortable bed. Food was delightful and I enjoyed croissants and jam.
